gpac is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Project Manager to join one of Hawaii's most established mechanical contractors. The ideal candidate will oversee complex $45M+ projects across resorts, hospitals, hotels, and major commercial developments.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, extensive commercial construction background, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Extensive commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing $45M+ projects.
• Experience with large-scale resorts, hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities, or major commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, sheet metal, or fire protection trades.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and project execution.
• Ability to work with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive leadership style to move complex projects forward.

This is a senior-level opportunity for a proactive project leader capable of managing complex $45M+ projects while bringing project teams, subcontractors, owners, and other stakeholders together.

What We're Looking For

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Extensive commercial construction experience
• Experience managing $45M+ projects
• Experience with large-scale resorts, hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities, or major commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of one or more of the following trades:
  • Mechanical
  • Plumbing
  • Sheet Metal
  • Fire Protection
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and project execution
• Ability to work effectively with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive leadership style with the ability to bring teams together and keep complex projects moving forward
