The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Project Manager to oversee diverse projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to leave a lasting mark on Kona’s built landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from planning to final handover
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts for compliance and constructability
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and cost forecasting to keep projects on target
• Lead coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and regulatory agencies
• Ensure top-tier safety standards and adherence to OSHA requirements
• Build strong relationships with clients and project partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial or residential project management
• Proficiency with Procore, Sage 300 CRE, and Bluebeam
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
