Job summary

Williams Construction LLC on Kauai seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential luxury home projects from proposal to completion. You will work with management and clients to tailor proposals, estimate costs, develop budgets, and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in supervisory roles, a customer-service mindset, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in a supervisory position.
• Commitment to customer service.
• Prior experience with residential construction, custom home preferred.
• Strong motivational skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional communication style with a personable attitude and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Work with the management team and prospective clients to develop construction proposals specifically tailored to meet the expectations of the clients.
• Review projects in-depth to estimate costs and develop budgets.
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure supplies and materials are in place to complete projects within schedule and budget.
• Review work progress daily.
• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and the leadership team on project needs and status.
