Job summary

GH Engage in Chicago is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for a Tier-1 General Contractor. The role focuses on planning and leading industrial, commercial and data center projects, coordinating contractors, and working closely with estimators, engineers and clients to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Ideal candidates have prior GC PM experience and a Construction Management degree (or equivalent). Excellent pipeline of projects and strong progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience at a reputable general contractor as a project manager.
• A degree in Construction Management, or significant experience.

Construction Project Manager - Chicago - Tier-1 General Contractor

GH Engage have partnered with one of the elite General Contractors in the Midwest to find them a seasoned project manager. This is an incredible opportunity with scope for rapid progression and a fantastic pipeline of projects to work on.

The Mission:

• Planning and leadership on industrial, commercial and/or data center projects
• Distributing and delegating tasks to contractors
• Collaboration with estimators, engineers and clients
• Helping to broker deals with distributors & suppliers

You'll need:

• Experience at a Reputable General Contractor, as a project manager
• A degree in Construction Management, or significant experience
