Job summary

The Ravin Group, a central Indiana construction firm, seeks an experienced Project Executive - Construction to oversee multiple ground-up projects valued at $15 million or more. The role requires 15+ years of PM and leadership experience, with GC/CM background and healthcare, education, or industrial project exposure.

Lead project teams, mentor PMs, manage schedules, budgets, and risk while cultivating client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of successful commercial construction project management experience with leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, ground-up construction projects valued at $15 million or more.
  • Experience leading multiple project teams and mentoring Project Managers.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, cost management, risk management, and project controls.
  • Experience with applicable construction regulations, codes, and industry requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level oversight for multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Establish project goals, priorities, schedules, and performance expectations while monitoring overall progress.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support future business development.
  • Participate in hiring and interviewing for key project and leadership positions.
  • Provide guidance on project challenges, risk management, financial performance, staffing, and overall project strategy.
  • Ensure project teams are aligned with company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable industry regulations.

Project Executive - Construction

A reputable central Indiana construction company is seeking an experienced construction professional with 15+ years of progressive project management and leadership experience managing large-scale, ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $15 million or more.

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a General Contractor or Construction Manager, with project experience in healthcare, education, industrial, and/or concrete construction preferred.

Project Executive - Construction Responsibilities
