What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll own schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and most importantly — client trust.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

· Leading project kickoff, buyout, tracking, and turnover

· Managing subcontractors, scope gaps, and performance

· Driving project schedules and recovery strategies

· Forecasting costs, tracking change events, and reporting status

· Facilitating client communication and keeping them informed

· Ensuring field teams are safe, supported, and aligned

What We’re Looking For:

· 5–7 years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field)

· Strong scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or similar tools

· Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction documentation

· Strong understanding of project controls, safety, and field execution

· Track record of successful, on-time, on-budget project delivery

· Confident communicator and proactive problem solver
