Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution, including subcontractor oversight, scheduling, and cost control
• Maintain client relationships and serve as primary contact throughout the project
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards
• Mentor junior staff and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven success managing $10M+ ground-up or complex renovation projects
• Strong scheduling (P6/MS Project), budget tracking, and RFI/submittal management skills
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
