Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our thriving Construction team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play an integral role in driving and supporting our business growth. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, from pre-construction planning to completion and handover.
• Managing the submittals process, including preparing, reviewing, and ensuring all submittals are in compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinating and directing project design, estimating, and scheduling activities to ensure all project deadlines are met.
• Leading and managing project teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Preparing and presenting detailed project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing large scale projects from inception to completion.
• Extensive experience with submittals, including preparing, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• A Professional Project Management (PMP) certification would be a plus.
