Responsibilities

• Lead data center construction projects, developing schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, procurement, contracts, and change orders to maintain financial control and minimize delays.
• Coordinate MEP installations while reviewing construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee documentation and progress tracking using Procore, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6, and coordinate the integration of access control and CCTV systems.
• Manage testing, start-up, and commissioning activities, including coordination of BMS and EPMS through final turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data center construction projects, developing schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, procurement, contracts, and change orders to maintain financial control and minimize delays.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations while reviewing construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee project documentation and progress tracking using Procore, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6, and coordinate the integration of access control and CCTV systems.
• Manage testing, start-up, and commissioning activities, including coordination of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS), through final project turnover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience successfully managing and delivering data center construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex construction projects involving multiple contractors and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of critical facility infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and operational requirements.
• Experience coordinating security infrastructure, including access control and CCTV installations.
• Ability to interpret technical plans, engineering documents, and construction specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining safety, quality, and project delivery standards.
