Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Construction Project Manager to represent the owner on data center new builds and platform expansions. You will own scope, schedule, and budget while driving cost optimization and operational readiness.

Responsibilities include constructability reviews, RFP development, change-order analysis, and coordinating design teams, contractors, and commissioning agents across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 7+ years managing large, complex construction projects.
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6 and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, schedule, and budget across multiple data center builds.
• Drive cost optimization, schedule acceleration, and quality for operations.
• Conduct constructability reviews and manage RFPs, change orders, and CV tracking.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, vendors, and commissioning agents.

Job Description

This Construction Project Manager will represent the owner across data center new builds and platform expansion projects. This person will own project scope, schedule, and budget while driving cost optimization, schedule acceleration, quality, and operational readiness. Responsibilities include constructability reviews, scope and RFP development, contractor-selection support, RFI management, commissioning oversight, change-order analysis, financial tracking, P6 schedule management, schedule-risk analysis, and performance reporting. The Project Manager will coordinate multiple concurrent projects and work closely with design teams, contractors, vendors, commissioning agents, operations, and project leadership.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years managing complex construction projects valued at $250M- Direct experience supporting large-scale data center design or construction
• Experience owning project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management
• Expert-level Primavera P6 experience, including cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules
• Experience performing critical-path, time-impact, resource-leveling, and Monte Carlo schedule analysis
• Strong contractor, vendor, and multidisciplinary stakeholder management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center experience
• Fast-track design-build experience
• Autodesk Construction Cloud experience
• Commissioning and integrated systems testing experience
• Experience with capital forecasting, owner change orders, billing, and cash-flow management
