ServiceMaster Restore is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects following water, fire, and other property damage.
Our Project Managers don't simply schedule subcontractors. They own their projects from approved scope through completion and collection—including schedule, customer communication, subcontractors, budget, quality, and profitability.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and understands both construction and the financial side of project management.
Candidates may come from restoration, remodeling, general contracting, homebuilding, roofing, commercial construction, multifamily, or specialty contracting.
Insurance restoration experience is a plus, but we’re willing to teach restoration to a strong construction professional.
Our Project Managers should always know:
We balance:
Customer Experience + Quality + Schedule + Profitability
A project isn’t finished until it is:
Our compensation plan rewards production volume and profitability, giving high-performing Project Managers the opportunity to earn six-figure total compensation.
We provide an established restoration brand, project opportunities, administrative support, technology, training, and opportunities for advancement.
Experience with Xactimate, insurance restoration, estimating, or property insurance claims is a plus.
If you want to run projects, manage your own book of business, be accountable for profitability, and be rewarded for performance, we’d like to meet you.
