Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects from planning through completion. This hands-on leadership role requires driving results in fast-paced environments while managing field teams and stakeholders.

A strong background in construction management, reconstruction, and safety standards is essential, with opportunities for advancement within a nationally recognized restoration brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision.
• Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction.
• OSHA regulations knowledge and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
• Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects.

• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
• Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
• OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus
