Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Construction Manager to monitor long-range and short-term plans for a full build data center. You will direct field activities, manage information flow, control costs and schedule, and ensure safety and quality as defined in construction documents.

You will lead project meetings, coordinate logistics with GC and consultants, and mentor teams toward an injury-free environment while maintaining strict adherence to project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years of experience in data center construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day field activities for the project.
• Oversee project status, schedule, cost control, and change management systems.
• Attend and lead project OAC meetings (progress, pre-construction, pre-award).
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan in coordination with GC and consultant teams.
• Promote an Injury-Free Environment and enforce safety programs.

Job Description

The Construction Manager will be directly responsible for monitoring and refining the long-range and short-term plans to ensure success on the construction project of a full build data center. The Construction Manager will direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities in the field, manage and coordinate the flow of information, control costs, manage and control the schedule, implement, and monitor the safety programs, and verify that the completed work is constructed to a quality level consistent with the requirements of the construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and/or coordinate Company personnel and resources for the project (s).
• Oversee performance of project including, project status, schedule, cost control, and change management systems.
• Attend and lead project OAC meetings, including progress, pre-construction, and pre-award.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with GC and Consultant team.
• Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others and enforce program on projects.

Target Pay for this position is $70-85/HR.
