Our client is a well-established general contractor and developer with over 30 years of experience delivering commercial construction and real estate development projects throughout the Chicagoland area. Built on relationships, communication, and integrity, this firm brings an unrelenting commitment to quality and detail to every project- from multi-family residential developments to adaptive reuse and institutional builds. We're conducting a confidential search for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multi-family new construction projects in the City of Chicago.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multi-family new construction projects from the ground up, working as part of a collaborative team to bring projects to completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. This is an in-office, hands-on leadership role for someone ready to manage the full lifecycle of complex, ground-up residential construction in Chicago.

What You'll Need

• 4-year BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in a Project Manager role (in addition to time spent as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager)
• Proven experience with multi-family new construction
• Hands-on experience with Procore
• Willingness to work in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Preference given to candidates living within 20 miles of the office (near-downtown Chicago)
