Qualifications

• 4-year BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar field/office engineering role in commercial construction.
• Experience managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the project management team throughout the full construction lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout.
• Help keep projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
• Coordinate with owners, partners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

We're conducting a confidential search for a Project Engineer to support project delivery in the Chicago market.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you'll support the project management team throughout the full construction lifecycle- from preconstruction through closeout- helping keep projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. What You'll Need

• 4-year BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
