Job summary

Hartigan Foley is a California-based licensed general contractor specializing in commercial and high-end residential construction. We seek an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, coordinate with clients and teams, and navigate permitting requirements while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction including ground-up, high-end residential and commercial.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in construction software (Procore preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all phases: pre-construction, construction, and close-out.

• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor buy-out.
• Prepare scopes of work and review contracts and subcontracts.

• Maintain project documentation (RFIs, logs, reports, submittals, change orders).
• Monitor jobsite progress, safety compliance, and superintendent performance.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates with clients and team members.
