Job summary

Jobot, a premier construction management and real estate development firm based in Caledonia, Michigan, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of projects in the Caledonia, MI area and beyond.

You will plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and with the highest quality. This role requires leadership, strong problem solving, and proficiency with Procore or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost estimation, and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus.
