Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to drive major commercial construction projects in Michigan. You will oversee the full lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, proficiency with Procore, strong financial sense, and a degree in Construction Management or related field.

Base salary range ($90K–$130K based on market)
