Job summary

Wolf Staffing Solutions is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead and coordinate resources from project start-up through closeout in the Greater Boston Area. You will enforce corporate policies and ensure project objectives are met while communicating with clients and architects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Project Management, a four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, strong construction knowledge, and proficiency with current construction software.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of construction, engineering technology, codes and standards.
• Proficiency with latest construction software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain budget including reporting, forecasting, Owner requisitions and subcontractor requisitions and changes.
• Manage client and architect relations and communications.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers.
• Price and negotiate change orders.
• Plan and organize project management staff responsibilities.
• Establish project objectives and goals.
• Work with the Project Superintendent to control and monitor construction progress and quality.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
• Prepare and maintain project schedule.
• Assist in project buyout when necessary.
• Assist with Estimates when necessary.
• Manage risk by adhering to Safety Policies, including subcontract and insurance requirements.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all necessary project resources and documentation from project start up to close out. They are responsible for careful observance and enforcement of corporate policies, procedures and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of budget, including reporting, forecasting, Owner requisitions, payables, and subcontractor requisitions and changes.
• Manages Client and Architect relations and communications
• Manages Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Manages, prices and negotiates Change Orders
• Plans and organizes project management staff responsibilities
• Establishes project objectives and goals
• Works with the Project Superintendent to control and monitor construction progress and quality
• Represents the company in project meetings

• Assists in project buyout when necessary
• Assist with Estimates when necessary
