Construction Project Manager

Lead high‑end residential remodeling projects across the DMV. Coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and give homeowners confidence from demolition through the final walkthrough.

Overview

High‑end residential remodeling in Bethesda and the DMV demands tighter tolerances and a finish that holds up. You will protect the client’s home as if it were your own reputation.

What you’ll do

• Own every phase of your assigned projects from the first site walk to the final punch list.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors and hold the quality standard on every detail that matters.
• Protect the budget like it’s your own money and flag variances before they compound.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics to keep trades from waiting.
• Walk your sites often to catch issues before anyone else does.
• Keep homeowners calm and informed with straight updates before they have to ask.
• Spot problems early and resolve them without drama.

• Sell the projects – our estimators handle that.
• Inherit a job with a vague scope and no budget.
