Job summary

SL Recruit, in partnership with a well-established general contractor in the DMV area, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, and high-end residential projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships, coordinate with subs, lead buyouts, review drawings, and track costs to ensure on-time delivery within budget and to quality standards. Growth opportunities and a strong backlog await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience (Project Engineer → PM level).
• Experience managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control understanding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

About the Opportunity

We’re partnered with a well-established general contractor in the DMV area seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and can manage multiple projects while keeping everything on schedule and within budget.

Projects may include commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or high-end residential construction.
