Job summary

Qualifications

  • Serve as the initial point of contact with clients to assess project scope and required resources
  • Prepare complete and accurate project estimates, including review of specifications, drawings, takeoffs, and contracts
  • Oversee total construction efforts to ensure projects are delivered according to design, budget, and schedule
  • Coordinate with clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material control
  • Provide leadership and oversight to superintendents and subcontractors as required
  • Offer technical guidance, interpret drawings, recommend construction methods and equipment, and manage change orders
  • Ensure productivity, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual compliance
  • Prepare monthly project status reports, including cost forecasts and progress updates
  • Lead pre-construction efforts when assigned, providing guidance and direction to the team
  • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation
  • Manage administrative responsibilities including contracts, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence
  • Maintain responsibility for overall project profitability
  • Prepare and coordinate all required project closeout documentation
  • Partner closely with site leadership to coordinate daily trade activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
