Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead community homebuilding projects and ensure high-quality, on-time completion. You will oversee a large team, mentor new staff, and uphold NVR’s reputation for excellence.

You will work directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team to deliver projects within budget and schedule, while maintaining strong customer relations and providing an exceptional homebuyer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Customer relations experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees.
• Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home.
• Provide customers with an exceptional experience.
• Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope.

This position pays $85,000 - $100,000 per year, plus a per home bonus.
