Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead community homebuilding projects, ensure on-time completion, and uphold NVR’s reputation for quality and customer experience.

You will manage a large team, mentor new Construction Management staff, and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver homes within budget and scope. This role offers growth within a Top 5 US homebuilder with strong corporate support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Customer relations experience a plus.

• Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team
• Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees
• Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home
• Provide customers with an exceptional experience
• Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope

This position pays $85,000 - $90,000 per year, plus a per home bonus.
