Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Construction Project Manager Trainee to oversee the home-building process from start to finish within a structured training program. You will learn hands-on under an experienced Project Manager and develop the knowledge to effectively manage a job site.

The role emphasizes customer relations, budget adherence, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors while building your leadership and organizational skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training program combining classroom and on-the-job experience for transition into Construction Project Manager role.
• Positively impact the customer experience while working with Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Supervise and schedule sub-contractors, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.

In this structured training program, you will gain hands-on experience alongside a current Project Manager and will master the knowledge and skills you need to effectively manage a job site.

• Participate in NVR’s world-class comprehensive training program that incorporates both classroom and on-the-job experience to ensure a successful transition into the Construction Project Manager role
• Positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team
• Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope
• Supervise and schedule sub-contractors, while maintaining positive working relationships
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order building materials, and effectively manage customer relations.

Qualified applicants have:

This position pays $60,000 - $68,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by factors including the candidate’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location.
