Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is launching a Construction Project Manager Trainee program in Savannah. The role involves hands-on learning alongside a current Project Manager to master home-building operations and project coordination on-site.

You will gain skills in budgeting, scheduling, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining customer relations as you guide homes from start to finish. This is a structured, growth-oriented entry path within a Fortune 500 homebuilder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in NVR’s training program with classroom and on-the-job experience.
• Positively impact the customer experience with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines and scope.
• Supervise and schedule sub-contractors while maintaining positive relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.

As a Construction Project Manager Trainee at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you can impact the lives of our customers while working in an environment of respect, empowerment, and professional development. In this structured training program, you will gain hands-on experience alongside a current Project Manager and will master the knowledge and skills you need to effectively manage a job site.

What you will be doing:

• Participate in NVR’s world-class comprehensive training program that incorporates both classroom and on-the-job experience to ensure a successful transition into the Construction Project Manager role
• Positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team
• Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope
• Supervise and schedule sub-contractors, while maintaining positive working relationships
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order building materials, and effectively manage customer relations.

This position pays $60,000 - $68,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by factors including the candidate’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location.
