Job summary

We Search People is assisting a well respected and fast growing residential GC in Asheville, NC to find an experienced Project Manager. You will lead residential construction and renovations from pre-construction through completion, collaborating with discerning clients, architects, designers, and field teams to deliver exceptional homes.

You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders to keep projects on time and

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with residential GC
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide an outstanding customer experience throughout the build
