Responsibilities

• Develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures for the organization.
• Ensure employee conformance to established guidelines and provide proper direction and training.
• Analyze the impact of decisions/changes before execution.
• Ensure teams are working toward common goals and meeting functional goals.
• Identify roadblocks and develop workarounds for team members.
• Develop and track weekly budgetary guidelines and present results to leadership.
• Collaborate with senior level clients to build and maintain relationships.
• Work with senior team members to ensure the company's objectives are met.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term goals for the organization.
• Train, motivate, mentor, and retain personnel to balance staffing and profitability.
• Monitor and adjust business segment financial projections.
• Performs other duties as required by leadership.
