SERVPRO Corpus Christi East - 11323 is seeking a Construction Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for customers on reconstruction projects. You will identify project requirements, organize tasks from start to finish, and support Project Managers and the team.

Self-motivation and strong customer service will help you thrive in this role. Key duties include communicating with customers, tracking status, creating preliminary estimates, and ensuring thorough, accurate project documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office experience.
• Restoration or construction industry experience highly preferred.
• Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with computer applications used in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and promptly with customers and project stakeholders.
• Track daily project status, audits, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to keep project documentation thorough and accurate from beginning to end.
• Assist other departments as needed.
