Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering and administrative policies and procedures.
• Coordinate information transfer between project field operations and the team.
• Develop and mentor staff, ensuring performance appraisals are completed on time.
• Oversee contract documents, codes, and project compliance.
• Manage preconstruction engineering needs and develop trade scope documents.
• Prepare procurement schedules and manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Lead meetings and manage subcontract change orders and project closeout.
