Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Consultant in Cincinnati to lead real estate projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating design, construction, occupancy, and transition. You will work with clients to define scope, schedule, and resourcing while maintaining governance and data integrity.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience; LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, milestones, budget, and resources.
• Define delivery resources and governance aligned with requirements.
• Track progress, report status, and manage risks with mitigation plans.
• Ensure data integrity and provide clear guidance to delivery teams.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values.
• Explain complex information to stakeholders.
