Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, the manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean, is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee internal construction and capital projects from start to finish.

You will plan, coordinate, budget, and schedule with engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes. Candidates should have a CM/ Civil Eng/ Architecture degree and 7–9 years of construction PM experience, plus proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, civil engineering, architecture or related field, with 7–9 years of experience.
• Proven construction project management experience in commercial/facilities/capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, safety standards.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Certifications such as PMP, LEED or OSHA are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contracts.
• Manage contracting, payments, change orders, and claims.
• Communicate updates and risk management strategies to clients and team.
