Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, accounting and procurement to manage a construction project.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software (SureTrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO).
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Attend planning and status meetings and maintain project communications.
• Develop and maintain the project plan with reports, change orders and pricing.
• Prepare project administration and correspondence.
• Build industry relationships to generate future opportunities.
• Maintain contract files and ensure timely invoicing.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, RFPs and material procurement.
• Coordinate material delivery to job sites.
• Lead owner-architect-contractor meetings to monitor progress.
• Close out projects with organized documentation.
• Monitor competition and market trends affecting regional operations.
• Mentor junior project staff.
