Heartland Dental is seeking an Associate Construction Manager to oversee construction, warranty, and tenant improvement activities supporting development and ongoing operations. You will assess project requirements, interpret contracts, and manage risk while acting as a company representative with contractors and vendors.

You will lead 2–6 projects annually, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure scope, budget, schedule, and quality meet business objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, business, or a related field with four years of related experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies and construction processes.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee assigned construction and warranty activities including tenant improvements.
• Evaluate project requirements and interpret contracts and drawings to guide decisions.
• Manage multiple projects per year (2–6) from planning through closeout.
• Identify risks, budgets, schedules, and quality issues and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Design, Development, Finance, Operations and other partners on project delivery.
