Job summary

Heartland Dental seeks an Associate Construction Manager to supervise construction, warranty, and tenant improvement activities supporting development and operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of progressively responsible construction, development, facilities, or project management experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Ability to travel more than 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warranty program for assigned projects and hold parties accountable for timely completion.
• Direct TI allowance collection, reconcile documentation, and protect financial interests.
• Manage approximately 2–6 construction projects per year.
• Independently manage projects from planning through closeout with priorities for scope, budget, and schedule.
