Job summary

Homestead Building Solutions, a US LBM division, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, schedule and coordinate assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget and quality standards. You will lead the field crew including coordinators, carpenters, foremen and helpers.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, coordinating pre-construction meetings, tracking progress, ensuring safety compliance and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering/Management preferred.
• 1-3 years of Assistant Project Manager experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate assigned projects to meet budgets and specifications.
• Direct field crew activities to maximize efficiency and margins.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure safety and company policy compliance across sites.
• Maintain documentation, invoicing, and reporting for projects.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews for direct reports.
• Travel locally as required.
