Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred; or equivalent in related work experience required.
• 4-6 years of management experience required.
• 4-6 years of experience as a Project Manager required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all construction activities to obtain optimum efficiency and profits.
• Develop and maintain consistent, efficient construction practices; communicate and execute such practices in the field.
• Track productivity data utilizing the production plans.
• Develop field systems to assure consistency, quality, safety, accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage performance and development of the project managers.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews.
• Provide technical and managerial training and mentoring for all direct reports.
• Develop strong relationships with customers in the Builders network and promote the organization.
• Initiate meetings and communications with subordinates and customers regarding ongoing issues and new plans.
• Assist in overview of business units to develop improvements.
• Approve all Lead Carpenter and Foremen hires and place new hires.
• Analyze and approve budgets; manage department expenses.
• Maintain internal controls for financial/accounting and security systems.
• Demonstrate leadership in Continuous Improvement.
• Maintain daily journal and procedure manual for future litigation protection.
• Onboard, place and check compliance of sub/temp labor.
