Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all construction activities to maximize efficiency and profits.
• Develop and maintain consistent construction practices; implement and revise procedures.
• Track productivity data using production plans.
• Develop field systems for quality, safety, and accuracy.
• Manage performance and development of project managers; conduct quarterly reviews.
• Provide training and mentoring for direct reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers in the Builders network.
