Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Project Coordinator/PM to oversee construction projects, renovations, and facility improvements across multiple sites. You will coordinate teams, schedules, and stakeholders while ensuring budgets and quality standards are met.

The role requires strong relationship building, communication, and travel across hospital sites. A PMP is preferred; flexibility for extended hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 3+ years of coordinating or managing projects.
• Alternative: high school diploma + 7+ years of project coordination/management.
• Alternate: associate’s degree + 5+ years of experience; master’s +2 years acceptable.
• PMP certification preferred but not required; strong relationship skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of small construction projects or defined phases.
• Coordinate project teams, schedules, resources, and stakeholders.
• Manage in-house renovations, space build-outs, and facility improvements.
• Serve as key coordinator among tenants, contractors, design teams, and partners.
• Prepare action plans and implement quality and safety standards.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and forecasting requirements.
• Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
• Set and manage project expectations with team and stakeholders.
• Identify space requirements and communicate project impacts.
• Assist in developing strategic plans and reviews.
