Job summary

Lee Company in Franklin, TN seeks a responsible project professional to oversee quality control, performance, and budgets across assigned projects. You will plan, direct, and coordinate project teams to meet objectives within deadlines.

Experience with HVAC/plumbing and building codes is preferred. Proficiency with ERP and PlanGrid, plus strong communication and leadership, are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or greater.
• Fundamental knowledge of applied sciences (thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid flow, physics).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn company apps.
• HVAC/Plumbing industry experience preferred with understanding of construction practices.
• Experience with Building Code interpretation and application preferred.
• Familiarity with building/construction trades vocabulary.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality control, performance, and budgets on assigned projects.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of project team members to meet goals on time.
• Manage scope, track financials, and respond to change orders as needed.
