Job summary

Lee Company is seeking a Facility Solutions Consultant in Franklin, TN to sell our comprehensive HVAC-related facility services to owners and managers. You will use a consultative approach to propose preventative maintenance agreements and other facility services across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
A minimum of three years of progressive field sales experience with at least one year selling similar services or projects.

Responsibilities

Sell the Lee Company value proposition to facility owners or managers using a consultative approach.
Provide technical solutions and operational expertise with a focus on preventive maintenance HVAC agreements.
Execute the sales process to cultivate, qualify and close new opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
Drive profitable growth and volume across all Facility Services offerings.
