The role involves building and updating detailed schedules, performing critical path analyses, and delivering scheduling training aligned with company standards. Collaboration with PMs, supers, and field staff is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 8–10 years of construction management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of schedule logic and sequencing required.
• Experience with scheduling training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, prepares, and regularly updates detailed project schedules in collaboration with PMs and Superintendents.
• Participates in all phases of the construction planning and scheduling process.
• Works with PMs and Superintendents to reflect realistic sequencing and field operations.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates recommendations to teams.
• Supports teams in developing short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Identifies schedule risks and works on mitigation strategies.
• Conducts critical path analysis and evaluates impacts of changes.
• Supports change orders and schedule-related claims analysis.
• Visits job sites to verify progress and updates.
• Prepares schedule updates and analyses for stakeholders.
• Establishes and promotes CPM scheduling best practices.
