Responsibilities

• Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for project completion.
• Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors on various phases.
• Oversees performance of trade contractors and reviews drawings for compliance.
• Administers construction contracts and secures permits and licenses.
• Supervises assistant managers and ensures safety and quality.
• Tracks schedule and costs to meet time and budget targets.
• Reports progress and proposes plan modifications to owners/architects.
