Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects end-to-end, ensuring high service quality for customers and clients. You will oversee leads and technicians, manage warranties, and coordinate inspections with jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, site visits, and final closeout. A strong customer-service record and MEP knowledge are essential, with PMP preferred and a valid vehicle for site visits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MEP trades.
• Previous construction management experience.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• Xactimate knowledge preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and license to conduct site visits.

Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction: manage customer experience and satisfaction and warranty activities.
• Project Planning: educate customers, define scope, maintain communications, review estimates, manage change orders.
• Project Execution: review budgets, create work orders, schedule timelines, qualify subcontractors, review estimates, negotiate terms.
• On Site Management: frequent site visits, address questions, document all activities with approved software.
• Project Completion: final walk-through, closeout paperwork, capture project photos, ensure no outstanding balances.
• Team Management: supervise Construction Services team, plan training, hold regular meetings, approve payroll, performance reviews.
