Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to completion. You will lead the project team, coordinate scheduling, budgets, and compliance with plans and codes to deliver high-quality service to customers.

The role requires PM experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of Xactimate estimation. Flexible work-from-home options are available, with on-site responsibilities as needed across service areas in

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous construction management experience.
PMP certification preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
Effective written and oral communication.
Estimating/Budgeting experience.
Xactimate Estimating experience.
Insurance claim experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
Manage the construction team and assign leads to superintendents.
Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements.
Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements.
Document each project thoroughly with photos, contracts, and change orders.
Conduct end-of-day and end-of-project debriefs with superintendents.
