Qualified applicants have 3+ years in roofing project management, strong communication, ability to read plans, and a valid California driver’s license. Occasional travel across the service area is required.

• Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes of work.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and inspectors.
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing projects from estimate through closeout.
• Inspect sites, prepare takeoffs, and develop scopes of work.
• Coordinate crews, material deliveries, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety rules, and quality standards.
• Track labor and materials; support accurate billing.
