Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is hiring a Roofing Project Manager to lead residential and commercial roofing work from estimate through closeout in Vacaville, CA.

You will inspect roofs, coordinate with homeowners and insurers, manage schedules, orders, and crews, and ensure compliance with codes and safety rules. 3+ years in roofing PM and strong reading, organization, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or roofing project management experience.
• Experience with residential and commercial roofing systems.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Strong organization, leadership, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, adjusters, crews, and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs, measure damage, prepare takeoffs and estimates; Xactimate knowledge is a plus.
• Coordinate with homeowners, property contacts, and insurance adjusters; secure approvals.
• Build project schedules and coordinate crews, deliveries, and inspections.
• Order materials, confirm deliveries, and keep crews productive.
• Staff jobs, schedule subcontractors, verify insurance, and enforce safety standards.
• Ensure work matches scope, codes, and permits; coordinate inspections.
• Maintain complete job files and track labor/materials against estimates.
• Uphold fall protection and safe job-site practices.
