Job summary

Stream Realty Partners seeks a Construction Manager in the Chicago area to plan, lead, and coordinate budgeting, design, bidding, buyout, and interior finish-out projects. You will analyze project documents, advise clients, and guide teams to meet budget goals while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in construction management, strong collaboration with owners, architects, and contractors, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Experience leading teams of consultants and contractors.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project.
