Responsibilities

• Develop master project schedule and assist procurement of permits
• Support bid presentations and responses
• Visit job sites to assess existing conditions
• Prepare estimates and quantity takeoffs
• Distribute drawings and specifications to subcontractors for bids
• Leverage SPE for clients
• Assist with bid day activities
• Support and lead estimating through preconstruction deliverables
