Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Construction Manager to lead budgeting, design, bidding, buyout, and interior finish-out projects. You’ll analyze documents, coordinate with clients and consultants, and manage schedules, scopes, and risks to deliver successful outcomes.

You will supervise teams, maintain communications, and drive preconstruction activities while ensuring safety and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related area preferred.
• Minimum 5 years related construction experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and visualize missing information.
• Proficient in leading a team of consultants and contractors.
• Professional interaction with Owners, Brokers, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Tenants, etc.
• Efficient in managing multiple projects at one time.
• Willing to visit jobsites for due-diligence, pricing, and project management purposes.
• Well organized and proficient with MS Office/MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation of Construction Documents with appropriate consultants.
• Attend due diligence trips to assess project requirements and conditions.
• Work with Architects, Owners, Tenants, Engineers, and Contractors on scopes and budgets.
• Translate program into construction documents and sequencing.
• Create schedules and convey expectations to customers and project team.
• Solicit bids from general contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Lead pre-bid and bid meetings and manage takeoffs.
• Coordinate project schedules and weekly progress meetings.
• Coordinate vendors and enforce safety policies.
• Manage change requests and pay applications; prepare monthly reports.
